Nathan & Reagan's 4th Birthday

Yet again the party was a bit of a bust. I really don't like winter birthdays. It seems that every year we plan something and every year the kids are sick and we have to cancel. This year Riley had a horrible cough and cold and Reagan was starting to pick it up. We are now at the tail end of the cold and it has passed through all 4 so we are really hoping for February to be a bit kinder to us in the health department.

Even with illness, the kids still had fun. Grandma and Grandpa made it out to celebrate with us. The theme was Fire Truck/Strawberry/Pirate LOL! Totally Reagan's doing. Nathan on the other hand wanted a white cake with nothing on it because pictures don't belong on cakes LOL!

Some of the gifts were a Fire truck, Dora Pillow Pals, VTech V.Readers, Color Changing Hotwheels, Bath Toys, Go Fish Game, FurReal Frenzies and a Car garage. We had some gifts for Riley too. I think she really would have felt left out without having any gifts to open. If you watch Riley during the birthday video it is actually a little heart breaking. Right after I shot the video Riley ran and got her Little People toy birthday cake and asked us to sing to her. She is just too sweet!
