My Girls

Reagan recently saw a birthday episode of Yo Gabba Gabba and decided that she needed to make a cake, so off to the store we went. We ended up with two yellow cake mixes, pink icing, chocolate fudge icing and some sprinkles.

When I pick up the twins from preschool it is apparent that most of the moms's are spending those precious 2.5 hours at the gym working out. Not me, I spend those 2.5 hours with my adorable baby girls. On Monday we walked the trail with a friend and on Wednesday we had bath time.

Nathan's Candles

I have always wanted to include a blog entry on Nathan's candles. To most people it would seem a bit odd, but if you have spent any time at my house at all you would know that these candles are like my 5th child. They are a part of our day from the minute Nathan wakes up until bed time. They originally came from a play birthday cake set that Reagan received for Christmas. However it is rare that Reagan plays with the set because generally the candles are in Nathan's hands. Anyone who frequents our house also knows that it is major crisis when one of these candles has gone missing and that can happen 3 or 4 times a day. I have no idea how long these candles will be the "it" item for Nathan. I'm sure one day they will fade out of the picture but until then these candles are a daily part of our life and truly deserved their very own blog entry.
