- Height: 26 inches between 90th and 95th percentile
- Weight: 14 lbs 4oz between 50th and 75th percentile
- Head: 40.5 cm between 10th and 25th percentile
So we have a tall little girl here. In fact she is so tall that she will soon be outgrowing her infant car seat which has a height limit of 27 inches.
Unfortunately I don't have Nathan and Reagan's 4 month stats and I forgot to ask the doctor but I did have their 9 month stats and Reagan was only 27 and 3/4 inches! So I think it is safe to say that Riley will likely be taller than Reagan.
Riley is taking off in all of her milestones too. She is making great eye contact, smiling and laughing. She grabs for her toys and has an excellent grip. She can roll front to back and back to front. When I got her from her crib this morning she had turned 180 degrees so that her head was where her feet were! I think she will be crawling early at this rate.
The one thing that Riley isn't doing is....SLEEPING!!!! This girl slept a total of only 9 hrs and 50 mins in a 24 hour period including her naps. Just so you have a better understanding, Nathan and Reagan sleep about 13 hours with naps and they are 2 years old!
From what I have read the average 4 month old sleeps about 14 hrs a day with the range being between 9hrs and 18 hrs. So she is in the normal range, I just wish she was on the "sleepier" side of the range sometimes.
