And she's off.....

Late last night Riley really started to take off. She has been cruising for awhile and taking a few steps here and there but now she can walk clear across the room. She is so proud of herself! I must admit that John and I do laugh that she keeps her hands out in front of her and sort of resembles a walking zombie.

I haven't blogged for awhile so I thought I'd pop in real quick with an update. Not much new going on. Dad was out of town the past two weeks but he is home now and for the next month or two. The kids and I got a quickie cold and sore throat but that has passed and things are looking better.

The twins had their 30 month doc check up but I can't remember anything. I plan on calling the doc tomorrow so I can get height and weights and update here. I think they weighed the same and Nathan was 1/2 inch taller but I can be totally off my rocker. Riley had her 9 mth check up and she was just shy of 29 inches and around 19/20 lbs. I will have to check with the doc on her stats too...gosh my memory is terrible!

Riley is doing all kinds of "big kid" stuff. She is eating some table food and putting it in her mouth by herself. She drinks out of her sippy cup. She cries whenever we come indoors because she wants to play outside just like Nathan and Reagan. She has taken about 3 steps on her own so I imagine she will be walking in no time.
