Happy 3rd Birthday!

Our 3rd birthday plans got washed down the drain because of a nasty cold...YUCK!

The plan was a big birthday bash with our family and the neighborhood kids but poor Nathan came down with a nasty cough and cold so we had to postpone. Uncle Chuck and Aunt Shirley made it out despite Nathan's illness. So the twins still got to sing happy birthday, eat cake and open gifts.

Riley is 15 months old

Riley had her well baby check up last week. She is doing really great. She can walk up and down the stairs while holding mommy or daddy's hand, she says a few words and some sentences (her favorites are saying "yeah" to any question you ask her and saying "in the mouth" or rather SCREAMING "in the mouth" when we are eating.) She can follow directions like get me your shoes or throw your diaper away. Everyone keeps saying that she is 1 going on 3. I must admit that a lot of times I forget she is still a baby and I wonder why she keeps throwing food from her highchair or why she won't stop knocking down Reagan's toys. I have to remind myself that those are all age appropriate for her, but gosh it's hard when she acts like she is 2.5 most of the day.

Riley's 15 month stats:

Height - 31 3/4 " - 75th percentile
Weight - 23lbs 10 oz - 50th percentile
